JONATHAN DOW
Jonathan has served as the Director of Music since March of 2011. In addition to his part-time ministry at Matthews, he travels as a guest worship leader and retreat speaker. His passion is to build a legacy of encouragement living out his life verse, “The sovereign Lord has given me a well-instructed tongue, to know the word that sustains the weary,” (Isaiah 50:4). Jonathan also is privileged to serve as a Guest Services Representative at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital. Out of his desire to see people overcome hindrances and to take steps toward a deeper place of intimacy with God, Jonathan continues to create encouragement resources including blogs, devotionals, and encouragement videos.
He and his wife, Pam, have been married since May 20, 1989 and have two adult daughters, Bethany and Rachel. They enjoy reading, watching movies and ballroom dancing.
